This property is worth to spend pleasant and peaceful time with nature surround. Staff members are very cooperative and guides well.

Aveda Munnar is a very calm and clean place to stay at away from the crowds of Munnar. It is 30 mins away from main Munnar locality but it is not a problem. Food and service is very good and the cottages are really nice with a nice view. They have a great swimming pool as well and it is well maintained. They arrange for bonfire at the restaurant area as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Aveda. one suggestion - It would be great if they can have a games room which has table tennis, pool table, foosball etc. They only have carrom available as of now. If they have other indoor games then it will be great flr guests who want to stay longer at the property and enjoy the stay.

From munnar city 15 km, location nice, fully green, food average, service better, hot water little time only came.

Terrible experience. We had the following challenges a) balcony lock wasnt functioning and we had to inform atleast 3 to 4 time to get it corrected. No courtesy to apologize or offer to change room b) no facility for drivers which is very uncommon in rated hotels at munnar. Should learn from sterling, abad, vibe munnar etc. Very low quality food offered to driver. I was promised from the reception deck that they do have accomodation and food for drivers. C) pool is poorly maintained and contaminated and they take excuse of rains d) water provided in the rooms is dirty and no aplogies for that. We almost paid 6. 5 k per room. The entire staff including gm is for nothing.

This resort has absolutely amazing surroundings, the plants around were beautiful, so lush and vibrant. Rooms were comfy and luxurious, views from rooms and especially infinity pool were stunning. Staffs were polite and friendly. Highly recommended

The property is excellent and very scenic. Swimming pool and rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous and made our stay memorable. Would like to mention jessy helping us out with the route to follow and ensuring we are reaching safe and maharaja who was at kitchen and made sure our little boy (3 years) got what he enjoys the most to eat.
